Our client in the telecommunications industry is looking for a
java developer (BSS) which will have to develop solutions that encompass customer management, product modeling, ordering, invoicing as well as integration with back-end and third-party network services. The role requires participation in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of developed applications.
The main functions of this candidate will be to design and implement various strategies for the entire Service Oriented Architecture.
Ensure the improvement of all architectural processes on schedule and provide training to all development teams to maintain project deliverables and reduce costs.
Manage all communications with IT and business managers.
Maintain an efficient technical environment for all client services and document all architectural plans, provide support for all activities and assemble all system components.
Assist in finalizing all systems and provide support to various stakeholders.
Analyze all requirements and maintain all architecture business systems and documents.
Administer the facility and provide support for all documentation.
Design various integration programs and prepare the required documents for them and execute various integration platforms.
Maintain monitoring of all third-party processes.
Maintain and document all service contracts and promote an optimal level of communication.
Monitor all metadata content for the development community and ensure proper allocation of all resources.
Analyze metrics and measure program effectiveness and return on investment goals.
Assist the customer in all integration processes and design various architecture programs for all application layers.

Minimum qualifications required:
– Bac+3 or equivalent diploma (Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering)

– 5 years of solid development experience as a developer using mainly Java (intermediate). Development experience as a developer using
– TIBCO Business Works, BPM or similar middleware technologies, and automation developers with skills in python, SQL, and Java Enterprise Edition
-Industry certifications or development platforms will be an advantage, predominantly Java (Senior). Advantageous telecommunications experience. Understanding of the TM Forum API and process advantageous.)
– Experience in engineering/systems design would be an advantage.
